Gardrows Terms of Service

1. Introduction A. By accessing or using the Gardrows (LAY E-TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ) website ”www.gardrows.com” (“Site”),Gardrows mobile application(s) (“App”), or any services, products, data feeds, and content provided to you on, from, or through the Gardrows website and mobile application (collectively the “Services”), you are entering into a binding agreement with Lay E-Commerce Corp. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must cease using our Services immediately. The use of this Service is not available to any user previously removed from the Service by Gardrows. C. Registration of a Gardrows Account requires accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. Notify Gardrows immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. D. Gardrows may change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time, including the availability of any Service feature, database, or content, without prior notice or liability. E. The Services may include advertisements, which might be targeted based on the content of the Service, queries made through the Service, or other information. F.
